I recently watched Pandemic but I thought that was a rather boring movie IMO.

Resident Lovable Pet

Monster vs Aliens, pretty decent with some funny parts

Enchanted, over the top disney movie/parody on disney movies, not that good in the beginning but later on great

Zombieland, finally a decent zombiemovie, loved harrelson in it ^^

I don't know which movie in general has been my last, but I watched Fame in the cinema. It was okay, some time with my girl made this movie endurable ^^

Terminator - Salvation

I liked it, even though it is not like its predecessors.

About AVATAR (and Sam Worthington is the main on Salvation as well) I LOVED that movie. Some parts like the Flying Mountains are pushing it to the limit but it is acceptable within the movie ground story and the rest is really sound science fiction (I saw echoes from John Haldeman work on the movie - remember his Jacks from Forever Peace) and the story is engaging. Nice way to make a romance between an alien and a human as well. My answer is genetic toilling, and Avatar goes to full body transfer.

A really good movie, be it for action or story cohesion :voidhawk:

I am just now watching The Tournament with Ving Rhames and Kelly Hu and Robert Carlyle. I like it so far. It is a movie about the 30 best assassins of the world who meet in order to kill each other. The last survivor gets 10 million and the status of a legend. If not all but one killer is dead, implanted transmitter will explode.
Millionairs put bets on the winner and watch every move.

In theatres: The Wolfman. Plenty of werewolves, gore and epic battles. :w00t:

At home: Madhouse. It sucked, but not as much as I thought it would. Hoorah for free movies on Demand.
Will to Live: a "real life" roleplay where psychotic characters run amok. It's not unusual to come across a human who thinks he's a werewolf, a girl with split personalities, or a guy who looks exactly like six other people on campus. Dare you enter the insanity?

District 9

Well, not an awesome movie but well done.

Pretty sad though...what really saved the movie for me was the end where father and son were able to get back home, running away from the insane and violent humans.

A good sequel for me would be their governemt sending a rescue mission, leveling the sick governments to rubble here on Earth....

One thing is sure, Zoic is the best science fiction FX company. Their works on Battlestar Galactica already told that, and here they did a superb job again.

Not a bright movie, but good entertainment for me...kinda helps my own writing, though my idea of a Naorin (angel like) would make the ones in this movie very mercyful.

Good to spend a time though not brilliant, and more like made to spawn a series
